PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE USING ANY SHENSHI TECH LIMITED WEBSITE OR APPLICATIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SECTION TITLED “DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY BINDING ARBITRATION” CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement that governs your use of the web site of Shengshi Tech, including www.ssreport.cn, any other sites on which these Terms are posted, and/or the games, services and applications offered by Shengshi Tech (collectively, the “Service”) and accessed through third-party web sites. You must be 18 or older to use the Service and it is intended for amusement purposes only. By using or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, do not use the Service.
Shengshi Tech Limited develops and publishes social games for the web and mobile devices. “Shengshi Tech,” or “we” or “our” or “us” refers to Shengshi Tech Limited, and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries and/or its parent company.
This Privacy Policy applies to each Shengshi Tech website, Shengshi Tech application and Shengshi Tech software that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”). This includes, for example, websites or platforms we maintain, applications we have created that may be available through social networking or other mobile platforms, and software or games that we allow you to download.
If you visit one of Shengshi Tech’s websites, for instance by playing one of our games, and you entrust us with information on you or we collect information on you in the process, Shengshi Tech Limited is the controller for that information.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Shengshi Tech Limited has appointed Plarium Europe S.a.r.l to be its representative in the European Union for data protection purposes. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, and how we collect, use and, in certain circumstances, share your information in connection with the Service we provide you. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.
We automatically collect some information when you access the Service and collect other information when you voluntarily submit it to us (including where you choose to share information with us through third party partners, such as Facebook). If you elect not to provide certain information, you may be precluded from participating in some of the Services.

We may automatically collect information from you when you access the Services. This information is collected by Shengshi Tech, third party service providers such as Facebook or by placing certain data files on your computer or mobile device. These data files may be cookies, other local storage technologies, or other technologies (collectively, “Cookies”).
Shengshi Tech collects information about your use of the Service, including, without limitation, internet or other electronic network activity information about your access of the Shengshi Tech website or playing Shengshi Tech Games via the Shengshi Tech Apps and/or your interaction with Shengshi Tech via other third party websites or applications, such as internet protocol addresses, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, other browser history, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, payment events, and related date and time information (“Activity Information”). This information allows us to improve the Services as well as to communicate with you about customer support and to advise you of other products or services that may be of interest to you.
When you download or access Shengshi Tech offerings via a mobile device, we and our service providers may receive information about your geolocation (based on your IP address) and your mobile device, including various identifiers associated with your device (such as an advertising identifier and other identifiers that directly or indirectly identify your device), hardware type, the version of your operating system and your in-game activity. , We may also collect, depending on the capabilities of your mobile device, information about the wifi routers closest to you, IDs of cell towers closest to you and the strength of your wifi or cell signal. While we use this information to return an estimated location, geolocation data may not be accurate. We and our service providers may use this information to provide you with personalized advertising and other content, including advertising and content based on your location.
When you download or access a Shengshi Tech Offering, we may ask permission to track your activity. If you ask the app not to track, we will not collect the advertising identifier associated with your device nor will we use information collected to deliver targeted advertising to you. We may still collect and/or use other information about your device to, among other things, analyze and measure marketing performance. If you initially consent to tracking, you may later disable that permission in your device settings or may withdraw your consent for specific apps.
Sometimes, we utilize the services of a third party to help us understand this information better. Please see below for more information on Cookies and Tracking.
We may use the information we collect for our general commercial or business purposes such as to improve and grow our business and to offer you our own, our affiliates’ or third party products or services that we think you may find of interest. The purposes for which we collect, store, use and disclose information in particular include:
We may retain copies of your information for so long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out above, in accordance with applicable laws or delete it earlier (either in whole or in part) if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the same constitutes a violation of Shengshi Tech’s Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, or for any or no reason. In accordance with applicable law, you may be entitled to request restriction of processing of your information, and to request access to, correction, erasure, and portability of your information. If we collect or process information based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at all times. If you are aware of changes or inaccuracies in your information, you should inform us of such changes using the details in the “Additional Questions – Contact Us” section below, so that your information may be updated or corrected.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights and choices except where permitted by law. For example, some of the functionality and features on the Service may change or no longer be available to you if you have requested that we delete your information.
Once we receive your request, we may verify it through your account or by requesting information sufficient to confirm your identity. If you would like to use an agent authorized in accordance with applicable law to exercise your rights, we may request evidence that you have provided such agent with power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to exercise rights on your behalf.
You can terminate your account at any time which will remove your profile and other personal information from view. We will use reasonable efforts promptly to amend or delete your records as requested. Shengshi Tech, however, may (but is not obligated to) keep information about you following termination of your account. Your information will generally be permanently deleted or anonymized one month after your request to terminate the account. In some cases we may be legally required to maintain certain records of your personal information, in which case we may not be permitted to delete your information. If you wish to terminate your account, exercise any of your rights, or if you have any other questions or concerns about your personal information please contact us.
If you are unhappy about how we handle your personal information or how we dealt with your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your Member State of residence.
Shengshi Tech will never sell any information that identifies you personally, like your name, email address, or phone number. We do work with advertising partners who use Cookies and device identifiers as described in this Policy to show ads that are targeted to your interests. Some of these disclosures may be considered sales under California law. Please see the relevant sections of this Policy for information about how your information is shared with third parties and the choices that may be available to you, including instructions on how to opt out of these disclosures. As described above, Shengshi Tech allows third parties to access information about your use of the Services through Cookies. Some of these companies are members of the Network Advertising Initiative, which offers a single location to opt out of ad targeting from participating companies.
We will obtain your prior consent before sending you marketing communications where required by law. You can choose not to receive emails from us by “unsubscribing” using the instructions in any email you receive from us. This will not stop us from sending emails about your account or your transactions with us.
You may also opt-out of receiving marketing materials from us by updating your privacy settings via the privacy section in the game you are playing by contacting us via this email form. To immediately update your privacy settings go to the privacy section in the game you are playing or you can also contact us via this email form.
When you install our apps on a mobile device, you can choose to receive push notifications, which are messages an app sends you on your mobile device, even when the app is not active. You can turn off notifications by visiting your mobile device’s “settings” page for external applications.
If you have registered to receive SMS messages, you can opt out of receiving SMS messages (text messages for example) by texting back STOP to the number we send the text from for that particular SMS Message program. In some cases a preferences page may also be available. When we receive an opt-out message from you for SMS messages, we may send a message confirming our receipt of your opt-out.
The Service uses Cookies. A cookie is a small text file recorded on your hard drive that identifies you as a unique user and contains certain information about your particular login session and/or your use of the Service. There are other local storage and similar technologies that allow us to collect similar information.

If you have previously allowed us to access your geolocation data, you can stop making geolocation information available to us by visiting your mobile device’s “settings” for the application.
We do not currently use technology that recognizes a “do-not-track” signal from your web browser.

Your personal information may be processed by staff operating inside or outside the United States of America, by persons who work for us or for one of our suppliers or related companies. Such staff and suppliers may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order and the processing of your payment.
We may share your information with third parties (including affiliates) for their direct marketing purposes but will only do with your consent. You will receive a separate notice and consent form to exercise your choice. If you have provided consent, you can at all times withdraw that consent by immediately updating your privacy settings from within the game or you can submit an email via this form.
We may release your information, when legally required to do so or to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Services and applicable laws. We may also disclose such user information whenever we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Shengshi Tech or any of our respective affiliates.
We may disclose your aggregate, deidentified, or otherwise non-personal information, such as usage statistics of our Services, to our affiliates and third parties.
Be advised that if you send messages or post material containing personal information, that information may be collected and used by others.
We will put in place contractual protections to keep your information secure as required by applicable data protection laws.
The information that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored in the United States of America, European Economic Area, the UK, Brazil or transferred to, accessed from and/or stored at, a destination outside the United States of America, European Economic Area, the UK, Brazil including the United Kingdom, Australia, India, Belarus, Ukraine, Philippines and Israel. These countries of destination may not have the same comprehensive data protection laws than the country of your residence. In these instances, we implement measures, as required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses or data processing agreements, to ensure that any transferred personal information remains protected and secure. The Services are designed and intended for users who are 18 and older only. Children and teens are not permitted to use the services and Shengshi Tech does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register for use of the Service. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for, or otherwise use, the Service or send any information about yourself to Shengshi Tech, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. In the event that Shengshi Tech learns that Shengshi Tech has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 18, Shengshi Tech will delete that information as quickly as possible.
If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child has submitted his or her personal information to Shengshi Tech, Shengshi Tech will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete the information from its database, at your request. To request the deletion of your child’s information, please submit an email via zadoklimited@outlook.com and ensure you include the name and password that your child submitted.
As described above, Shengshi Tech shares information for the business purposes that are described and allows third parties to access information about your use of the Services through cookies and other tracking technologies. While we provide you the choices described in the cookie section above, we do not treat these relationships as “sales” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Email and instant messaging are not recognized as secure communications, so we request that you not send private information to us by email or instant messaging services. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Services; any transmission is at your own risk. Shengshi Tech cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur.
You have the right to request that Shengshi Tech delete the personal information that we collected from you and retain, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see Requests to Know and Delete below for instructions), we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
